We are Jim and Mandy
Moesch located in Southeast Texas.
We breed bicolor Persians. We
mainly work with dominant high white
colors but you may see us with a few
dilutes in the future.
We got our start with the kind help of
Janet and Carissa Altschul of
Cacao Persians. Their helpand
guidance has been invaluable to us. We
cannot express our appreciation enough
for helping us get started in the CFA.
We have been fortunate to acquire our
breeding Persians from wonderful bicolor
Persians lines to include Kissables,
Rhamjoge, and Kernel. Our
sincere thanks go to Susannah
Pincheira, Rhonda Fox, and
Sherry Kern for your friendships and
advice.
Out in the show hall you will also see
us showing in premiership class with
Exotics and Spyhnx breeds. We
recommend the premiership class for
anyone wanting to experience showing,
without having to commit to a breeding
program.
Our sincere thanks go to Karin
Broeders for our exotic GP Jerba
Nicol's Scooby-Snack. He is truly a
wonderful gift and we treasure him and
you dearly.
Last but certainly not least, our love

our special girls. Becoming friends with
you has been wonderful and we look
